Charming 1 bedroom, park adjacent. city 5 minutes

Good location & great hosts Positive: Great location, it’s across from a park and close to CBD. We drove from Brisbane the night before to make it in time for NYE fireworks and arrived a bit early. The hosts were very accommodating and we were able to check in about 4 hours early (subject to availability). Off Street Parking is a tad expensive but you are told this beforehand so you are prepared. The beds were comfortable, property well set up and spacious we got good rest before hitting the road again for Melbourne. Well equipped with everything needed. Easy to access and check in. Highly recommend 😃 Negative: You can hear unit upstairs walking around but we were barely there to notice.

Enjoyable and comfortable Positive: Handy to eateries and clubs Negative: I felt that it would be advantageous for people on a short stay (i.e. 2-5 days) to have access to streaming stations free of charge. Justifiable for longer stays to accept paying for commercial movies and information.

Convenience and comfort. Positive: So convenient and equipped with just what you need and no more.

Positive: The unit was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed the area around and Minnie (our kelpie) loved visiting the park!

Good location Positive: Good location. Negative: There were 2 slats under the bed that were dislodged causing the mattress to be lop-sided, not level & uncomfortable. There were holes in the front door similar to termite damage. For the price, we expected better.
